It's been a while

Mainly because I've been avoiding the actual exercise. I'm bad I know but today I kind of guilted myself into the running and I tried something a little different too. Instead of the run walk run walk method I've been using which has been somewhat dull I tried a more extended period of running. I ran for five minutes and walked for ten minutes afterwards.

I surprised myself, mainly because I didn't think that I would manage to run for five minutes without collapsing so hooray for small victories.

Maybe I need to have goals. Small achievable goals building up to something a charity event or some such.

Thoughts and plans to make. Oh yes.
